Crowne is Medicare and Medicaid certified. We also accept private or self-pay residents and most private insurance policies.

West Gate has partnered with Restore Therapy Services to care for our patients in need of intense rehabilitative services:

Long Term Care
Nursing Services
- West Gate employs only fully qualified, professional and caring RN’s, LPN’s and CNA’s, and improves patient care through continuing education opportunities for staff. Along with each resident’s attending physician, our team of professionals develops a personalized plan of care to meet each resident’s individual needs.
Comfort, Safety and Security
- Safety and security are accomplished with our residents’ comfort in mind. Residents are encouraged to bring items from home to help them feel more at ease.
Social Services
- Our licensed Social Worker works closely with family members to ensure that we are meeting the medical, social and emotional needs of each resident.

Recreational Therapy
- Residents are encouraged to maintain past interests and pursue new ones. Social gatherings, movies, arts and crafts, music and exercise fill our event calendar each month.
Dietary
- Delicious, well-balanced Southern menus are developed by our Registered Dietician with special diets and requests served daily.

Staff
Our employees are committed to excellence because we know how much you care. Our entire staff routinely receives in-service educational training to better meet the needs of our residents. Our skilled nursing staff receives continuing educational training beyond what is required by law so we may keep abreast of ever-changing health care delivery.
